By agreeing to the Terms of Service & Rules you agree to not abuse any of our services.

This includes:

- Using third-party software to record Teamspeak conversations without the permission of other users is not allowed.
If you plan to record Teamspeak conversations or other voice applications without consent of the people involved (including by recording video that captures sound), you should be aware that there are federal laws that limit your ability to do so.
These laws not only expose you to the risk of criminal prosecution, but also potentially give an injured party a civil claim for money damages against you.

- You acknowledge that the Administrators can see your IP and Email. Administrators will not use or abuse this information.

- You can record your gameplay in games but without the voice of other players.

- Threatening other people or not abiding the law can result in your information being send to law enforcers.

Registration to this forum is free! We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below. Although the administrators and moderators of these forums will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this site, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Forums, nor vBulletin Solutions, Inc. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

The Owner and its Moderators of these forums reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any content item for any reason.

General Rules

While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, profanity (or attempts to bypass profanity filters), insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.

You may violate the Terms of Service if you:

- Post, transmit, promote, or distribute Content that is illegal.

- Harass, threaten, embarrass, spam or do anything else to another player that is unwanted, such as repeatedly sending unwanted messages or making personal attacks or statements about race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, etc.

- Organize, effectuate or participate in any activity, group, guild that is harmful, abusive, hateful, racially, ethnically, religiously or otherwise offensive, obscene, threatening, bullying, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, encourages conduct that would violate a law or in a reasonable person's view, objectionable and/or inappropriate.  Hate speech is not tolerated.

- Use abusive, offensive, or defamatory screen names and/or personas.

- Engage in disruptive behavior in chat areas, game areas, forums, or any other area or aspect of Gamers of Valor Services.  Disruptive behavior includes but is not limited to conduct which interferes with the normal flow of gameplay or dialogue within a Gamers of Valor Service. Disruptive behavior shall also include, but not be limited to, commercial postings, solicitations and advertisements.

- Impersonate another person (including celebrities), indicate falsely that you are a Gamers of Valor member or a representative of Gamers of Valor, or attempt to mislead users by indicating that you represent Gamers of Valor or any of Gamers of Valor's partners or affiliates.

- Attempt to get a password, account information, or other private information from anyone else on Gamers of Valor Services.

- Promote, encourage or take part in any activity involving hacking, cracking, phishing, taking advantage of exploits or cheats and/or distribution of counterfeit software and/or virtual currency/items.

- Upload files that contain a virus, worm, spyware, time bombs, corrupted data or other computer programs that may damage, interfere with or disrupt Gamers of Valor Services.

- Use any game hacking/altering/cheating software or tools.

- Post or communicate any person's real-world personal information using an Gamers of Valor Service.

- Attempt to interfere with, hack into or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers for an Gamers of Valor Service.

- Use and communicate exploits and/or cheats.

- You may not conduct any activities that violate the laws of any jurisdiction including but not limited to copyright infringement, trademark infringement, defamation, invasion of privacy, identity theft, hacking, stalking, fraud and the distribution of counterfeit software.

- Abuse or exploit bugs, undocumented features, design errors or problems in the game.

- “Role–playing” is not an excuse for violating this or any other policy.

You must also obey all federal, state, and local laws, regulations and rules that apply to your activities when you use Gamers of Valor Services.  Gamers of Valor reserves the right to terminate your Account and to prevent your use of any and all Gamers of Valor Services if your Account is used to engage in illegal activity or to violate this Terms of Service. 

Please refrain from posting meaningless topics, one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the equivalent.

Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed. Advertising, spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum, email, visitor messages, blog comments, picture comments and private message systems to spam other members.

Please wait a reasonable amount of time before bumping posts. For style changes and general 'how-to' questions this should be 24 hours. For specific troubleshooting issues, use 12 hours as a guideline.

We also do not allow posts or links to sites that are sexual in nature or violate vBulletin community standards. The moderators shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.

Discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations are not allowed.

COPPA Policy

All users under the age of 13 must seek permission from their parent or guardian in order to gain membership of the forums. While we welcome participation from members under 13, we require that a parent or guardian fax or mail back a signed permission form before we grant membership.
